All Day Workshop | Raleigh, North Carolina Photographer

It seems I have an incredible talent for picking the very best days to do workshops with respect to the weather.  When I was in NY and I did a workshop, it was extremely cold and it snowed.  For my very first all-day workshop in Raleigh, North Carolina the temperature was north of 100 degrees.  That said, regardless of the weather we had a great time and once we started shooting (speaking for myself) the temperature was not a problem for me.  I really do want to thank everyone who attended the advanced and the introductory workshops, I really do appreciate it very much.

In my very first all-day workshop, we covered the following topics.

  • Working With And Getting The Best

  • Introduction To Artificial Light

  • Working With Artificial Light

  • Posing 101 The Do's And Don'ts

  • Creating Amazing Portraits At Night

This was a very ambitious task and I am very happy with how it turned out.  The one takeaway for me is to get a crystal ball to figure out what the temperature will be.

Finally, I want to give a big thank you to the models Ashley Brooke Denton and Lauren Anjelica for braving the heat, I know it wasn't easy.  I also want to thank Mike for being an amazing assistant.
